Set in stone

I picked Go for a long, slow run (~18 miles) and build base so I can get in the sort of shape that makes me feel amazing and be fresher for my race on tuesday over Throw caution to the wind and hit up a shorter (~10 miles) run faster taking pleasure in the breeze against my chest and the sun on my back, and hope I enjoy tuesday just as much (1 year ago)
Well, turned out that I did not feel well, so going slow was a no-brainer. Slogged through 17 miles rather slow.
