Still up in the air

I want flexibility in mechanical engineering, but A) would rather work in research than industry, and B) find some of the advanced course 2 stuff kindof lame....
Switch to 2A. You'll get to concentrate in something you really enjoy, and you won't really lose job opportunities if you don't take 2.006 or 2.008. leads over Stick with course 2. It teaches you a lot of useful fundamentals that can be applied absolutely anywhere. (2 years ago)
