I'm tempted to apply to become a poll worker.......

I've okayed it with work, I've sent in the application. Now to see if they actually need me.

Got a new machine at work. When I return my old machine I need to return a keyboard along with it....

I picked Return my current keyboard and use the shiny new one that's clean, but doesn't have extra programmable buttons. I can adapt. over Keep my current keyboard, which is immensely grody from years of me eating at my desk, but has extra programmable buttons at the top that I can set to do things like change my speaker volume, bring up a text editor, etc (202 days ago)

It's all kind of moot since the software that programs the keyboard is too old and doesn't run on my new machine. On a side note, maybe I should get one of those covers so I don't spill food all over the new keyboard and get it grody.

I bought a silicone skin for my new digital camera. It fits my camera like a glove, except you have to take it off to access the USB port to transfer photos, and it doesn't protect the preview screen....

I picked Keep the skin. It's nice and thin (so the camera will fit in my pocket), and taking it off is pretty simple. If I feel adventurous I can try to cut a slit to get to the USB port. over Return it. It'll be a hassle whenever I want to transfer photos, and if the screen's not protected anyways I don't care that the rest of the casing gets a few scratches. (295 days ago)

I ended up being too lame to return it, and I already dropped the camera once, so I'll go with the skin. I cut a slit for the USB port, and will cut another for the battery if I find it's too annoying. I also ordered a protective cover for the screen so my camera protection will be complete! Muwahaha

I bought some green tea from Upton a few years back. I've had some since then, but most of the tea leaves are still in the original foil packaging....

Today, we choose the desert sands of the Sahara over Swiss pastures.

I'm drinking tea to help me stay awake. One of these days I'll bring in my own teaball and leaves, but for now I'm entrusting my wakefulness to the machines in my office that make tea from little plastic "K-cups"....

Sounds like an even split. So I'll drink Earl Grey half the time and green tea the other half, and try to remember my teaball soon :)

Much to my surprise, I opened a package of rice candy and discovered a cute little temporary tattoo of a school bus....
