Still up in the air

Mid-term performance reviews are ~now. We get three boxes: "consistently exceeds expectations", "meets major expectations" & "needs major improvement". This doesn't count for bonuses and is a substantially different format from the year-end review...
Give myself a mix of top/middle scores, given that I do think I am doing better than simply "meeting" expectations leads over Give myself straight middle of the road scores, given that I see room for improvement in all the metrics (2 years ago)
