Doxory?

Ok. I know what I'm doing.

I picked Seattle over Tucson (226 days ago)
In the end it came down to the city; I like Seattle better. Hard, hard, hard.
I picked Toby Bradshaw - http://faculty.washington.edu/toby/ - studies the genetic basis of adaptive trait evolution in natural populations, especially as it relates to the origin of new species. Mostly plants. over Michael Nachman - http://www.eebweb.arizona.edu/faculty/nachman/ - studies the forces that shape genetic variation in natural populations, speciation. Mostly mice and rabbits. Hell that was hard. Hardest decision I ever made, actually.
I picked Force myself to go to bed bored. over Stay up significantly later and read something/watch something/chat with people/play some game so I feel satisfied. (227 days ago)
Having a cup of herbal tea and trying to "wind down" seems to help.
I decided to do Something else rather than Western-style futon or Japanese-style futon (bought from where?) (227 days ago)
Oops, forgot to increment.
I picked Give/sell the loft to someone in the dorm and build/buy another form of bed and mattress. (double bed? futon? ...?) over Keep the loft and buy a new Twin XL mattress for it (since I don't get to keep the dorm one). Yay extra floor and storage space. (227 days ago)
Turns out it won't really fit in any of the rooms in the apartment. Oops. Also, I think I'd like a bigger bed /anyway/.
I picked Take advantage of the new opportunity, go back on my word, and abandon my teammates. over Stick with the challenges of the current position, hoping things will change for the better. (228 days ago)
Submitted my application and advised both teams today. Everyone supportive of the decision!

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
