Doxory?

jtu has decided Wicked jetlagged -- you'd think shifting 12 hours in either direction would be equally easy, but noooooooo....

Watching a movie last night kept me up til a whopping 10pm, which has helped me mostly shift back to normalcy! (Except for that being really sleepy at 10pm thing)

Come into the office at 7 or 8am to make the afternoon shorter and less painful

There's nothing wrong with shifting gradually, and getting stuff done in the morning can feel amazingly productive.

I'm a fan of leaving work early and coming in early... try to shift slowly, maybe 30 minutes a day?

Gradually nightshifting is totally easier. Plus, you should be more productive when there's fewer people around.

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
