This is making me think too hard. Status quo for the win!

You might consider trying it again on your own, but don't let them be the people who force your hand.
If you're going to reconsider it, reconsider it for your own reasons, not because of outside circumstances.
Depends on why you're vegetarian. Is it "you don't like the taste of meat", or "you're offended by meat", or something else? If it is for reasons of principles, it's best to stay vegetarian...
In "training" your family to not slip you meat, you told them that this was important to you. It's selfish to go back on that for a matter of your convenience when you wouldn't do so for their convenience.
If you want to stay vegetarian, stay vegetarian -- if you don't, don't. If you go back to meat-eating just for the trip, your parents are likely to think it was just a phase, and your parents might just try feeding you meat every time you go home or travel with them.

Depends where you're going travelling - some places make vegetarianism easy, and many make it really really hard. I'd stick with it if you can, but if not try very hard to explain to your family that this is because you'd starve to death otherwise.
Eat meat! It's tasty. Especially when you're in the mountains of Taiwan and get to eat endangerd species!
If you find options you like, perhaps you can convince them you're just really picky. If it's the same options, though, don't bother giving in.

Would you be unhappy eating meat occasionally? Did you stop because the available things were yucky, or for some larger reason?
Depending on where you're traveling it might be easier to eat meat when vegetarian dishes are unavailable.
i agree with the others on it depending on why you became a vegetarian and what you want rather than accommodating your family. also, i don't know how long it takes to lose the enzymes that digest meat (or if you've continued eating fish or something that might cause you to retain the enzymes), but if you're going to go for a substantially meaty diet while traveling, you probably want to try a bit here and reacclimate your stomach to digesting meat. good luck with whichever you decide.
