Doxory?

dvp: I need three classes to finish an Econ minor. They happen to be easy and intersect with other humanities requirements.

Stop cherry-picking. You don't even like Econ, and the first three classes were really lame anyway.

eww, Econ

The difference between a "minor" and no minor are impossible to tell from a transcript (broad assumption). Whether or not you know econ or are even interested in it will come out in an interview far faster than you'd think.

A physics degree from MIT without an econ minor is fine for wall street.

jtu, lakmiseiru, trs, ntn, uberjay, kyrandil, susannah, Alex, Kitty, sultanpepper, kilroi, nelhage, jmorzins, Peculiar_One, ricosierra, usagi21, awoo6359, cshiley, Karl, ctl, Kake, dzm, ManWorkingHere, beppu, jtf

Just do it. You'll thank yourself later if/when you sell out to Wall Street.

if you do actually like econ at all, it's not that hard to pick up a minor

Assuming it doesn't interfere with the majors/minors you're planning on getting, I don't see why not...
transistorman
maybe the slightly less introductory classes are cooler? talk to an actual course 14 person about that.
RedHotWings
It's worth it

Get the Econ minor. Economics is a universally handy thing, plus it sounds fancy on a resumé.
