English dubbed voices

try the dub first and see how much it makes you cringe. if it's not too bad, stick with the dub, otherwise go for the subtitles.

My choice: Japanese voices, English subtitles

I don't know about your copy of Porco Rosso, but usually the original voices are superior

Only because the dubbing is often terrible and too much effort is put into making it match up with the animated lip movement. Of course, if you're trying to multi-task, dubbing is really the only option.

Unless it's Disney dubbing. They do a good job.

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
