My choice: take it 4x a day, like i'm supposed to, regardless of whether or not my stomach is empty

only take it on an empty stomach, like i'm supposed to, and not end up taking it frequently enough due to the fact that i'm a grazer so my stomach is rarely as empty as it should be.
