Change is good. And after you cut it, you'll get trash talk, which is almost as fun as fawning.
whatever makes you feel good when you look in the mirror
if you are a man then please cut it, don't be a total hippie

Any brilliant advice would certainly be appreciated. Shameless advocacy is often good, too.
Everyone I know with long hair who cuts it ends up wanting it long again soon enough. On the other hand, I didn't cut mine for years and years, and once I did, I wanted to keep it short. Not my boyfriend, though, so I have it long again.
I'm not cutting *my* hair and I might even be going back to the stereotypically shorter-haired gender.
