Doxory?

lakmiseiru has decided I want to plant a small 6'x6' vegetable garden in my yard. I live in Seattle (first frost ~Nov 10). I'll be out for all of August, but have housemates who could do light weeding and watering. Plan is for peas, spinach, carrots, radishes, and maybe some broccoli or cauliflower.

Well, it didn't get done before I left, so if it'll happen at all it will be at the end of August :^)

Plant it now, so things start early and have full maturity and it's done before I get back

You're probably not going to have a long enough season for several of those, unless you're getting fast growth varieties. Plant early.

My choice: Plant it when I return at the end of August, so I can be there for intensive weeding and thinning of seedlings

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
