Easier to slop timing on the French (so works well with working from home), plus I can get a pretty decent crust. Mmm, crust. Might make a challah later tonight or this week though.

'tis the season, and it goes fast...
i'm just too fond of eggs and butterfat to think vegan is a compelling argument by itself.
I think getting a good crust in a home oven is Hard. And Challah is tasty
