Doxory?

melike has decided I have two Gmail addresses, one for friends and penpals only, and the other for professional e-mails, accounts, Facebook updates, Livejournal comments, etc. Currently I use Firefox for one account and Safari for the other.

I was considering Mail since Gmail supports IMAP now. Anyway, I figured out how to have two browser profiles open, and I also found this add-on: http://www.longfocus.com/firefox/gmanager/

My choice: keep it all in the browser(s). after all, the beauty of gmail is in the interface.

How about trying to different browser profiles for firefox (or Safari if that supports it).

It can be useful to have an offline copy of your emails though.

Keeping it in the browsers is good for portability, too. Why not have one gmail account forward to the other, though, for extreme laziness?

This works great for me.

Wow, that's such a hack. Uhh...

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
