I do both, and I find that I end up reading different things in the physical paper that I wouldn't otherwise read online.
I love reading the paper. It's so relaxing and wonderful to not kill your eyes on a computer.

I read the BBC and the Globe every morning - it's nice because you can see the stories as they update and see peoples' comments. The physical paper is a pain - wastes paper, never gets tossed, etc - and online is free ;^)
