lakmiseiru has decided Cat food. We got a new brand of cat food (it seems more healthy and is cheaper, of all things), but Tesla vastly prefers the old food. He'll eat the new stuff if he's hungry enough. He doesn't really seem to be putting on weight at this point, and food is always available (dry food).
Mixing the two didn't work (he ate around the new stuff), but he seems to have finally started eating it.

Unless he's underweight and getting him to bulk up is a problem.

did you try mixing them, or is he picky enough to pull them apart?

I've heard that you should mix old and new dry food so you might try that to ease him into the new stuff.
