Doxory?

jtu has decided What AIM client should I use on my Mac?

Need to figure out some key bindings to get it less mouse-dependent, but so far I'm enjoying it.

Stick with iChat

for now. hope leopard comes with some more goodies.

I use iChat for AIM, which it is good at, ad Adium for Jabber, which iChat is not as good at.

My choice: Switch to Adium (or something else?)

Adium is a reasonable choice, if only because it handles more than just AIM, though it probably still doesn't support any voice or video.

Try something else and see if you like it better, otherwise switch back to iChat.

Adium for the win!

iChat feels to big, GUI-wise. Adium's pretty slick, and handles just about everything from ICQ to Zephyr to Google Chat.

I personally don't own a Mac but Adium looks really well put together. I say try both, and then decide what works best for you.

Adium is the best client there is for chatting in the universe. No program is better and you can add a crapload of stuff to make it all even more froody (possible?). I recommend using Quicksilver with it, that rocks too.

Noooo idea about macs.

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
