Doxory?

seph has decided I mail ordered something. It's not here yet and I need it. I suspect I'll visit a brick and mortar store and purchase it. Should I return the identical mail order thing to the local store?

As it turns out, mail order place delivered in barely enough time, and the b&m didn't have the same thing anyhow. The inferior item from the b&m was returned. (where b&m is staples, not some small vendor)

Sure. Same item, and returns always kinda suck for stores.

If the company you bought from online and the company that runs the brick-and-mortar store are the same, then sure. If not, then it's mean.

Is the RMA really that hard? especially if you can blame them?

Return it to the mail order place.
erin
Especially if you bought it on a credit card since they will lose the 2%.

Return it to the mail order people.

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
