Doxory?

melike has decided I'm working on a musical composition. The beginning and ending are great, but the middle part sucks soooo bad.

I completely deleted the middle section and started over. I already have great ideas! So liberating! I might integrate elements from the parts I deleted...

My choice: trash the middle part

This isn't a music class, you can have all the time you need to rework it indefinitely. That said -- keep old versions.

try integrating the themes from the beginning and end into the middle? It'd make your piece classical-ish in form (especially if you take that idea and make the beginning into a proper recititavo) but it might be worthwhile.

Well, depends on how long you want it to be really.

Look at what's wrong with it and see if it can be fixed, then trash if necessary.

Figure out if the middle sucks because the beginning and ending are for two different compositions...
