Doxory?

jrockway has decided On my new Linux install, the font chosen for konsole is really really small. It doesn't hurt to read, and it conserves space nicely, but every time I look at it I think, "wow, that is small"

My choice: change the font to something big

trs
Something slightly bigger perhaps, but not necessarily big.

No need to hurt your eyes in the long run, and it if it keeps bugging you just fix it now.
photon
Better for your eyes.

kettlefish, peggusus, madcaptenor, seph, perturbed, coolworld, kareid, kevinr, jmorzins, Venus5, Ian, dzm, Beck, jesse, jtu, erin, Yoyo, ajax, rowr_grl, gugod

or keep the tiny font and enjoy 5 xterms and 1 emacs at the same time

I can fit 8 terminals at once (on a 2MP display) and it makes me happy.
nelhage
If it really doesn't hurt to read, I <3 small fonts.
chaz
Keep the font tiny and get yourself a bigger monitor.

but be sure you're *really* aware of it actually not hurting; most people get vague scratchiness and irritation and don't *realize* that it is eyestrain

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
