madcaptenor has decided Which domain should I buy for my blog -- it's called "God Plays Dice", it's currently at godplaysdice.blogspot.com, and my plan is to at some point either put it on its own domain or just have its own domain which redirects there, depending on how I settle various technical issues. (godplaysdice.com is taken. I checked.)
I got godplaysdice.org. I was leaning towards that anyway, mostly because "god plays dice dot org" is easier to <i>say</i> than "god dash plays dash dice dot com" -- although how important is being able to say a URL anyway, they're usually written down. You guys weren't much help -- 12 of you picked the .org, 11 the .com -- so I figured I'd do what I wanted. oh, and to the person who asked about .net -- it was taken, too. Otherwise that would have been my second choice. (For some reason I don't like .net for personal sites.)

They'll both just be confused for with the one that's taken. But if you had to pick, I'd use the .org
