trs has decided I'm incredibly nightshifted and have a 7:20 train to Boston on Sunday.

Stay nightshifted, sleep on train, and be more or less nightshifted in Boston.

My choice: Try to become dayshifted and work/read while on train.

It's really easy to go back to being nightshifted if you change your mind.
