Try to be practical and reasonable about it though.
I would probably concentrate on the ones that save your office money first.
Be willing to do all the work...
Don't go gung-ho, but make a few small changes. Put a recycling bin near printers and copier so people can recycle. Try to convince people to use coffee mugs. Those steps alone will change a lot.
Be subtle, not gung-ho. It's doable, and if it's subtle people will complain less.
...but don't do anything that actively annoys people. There are plenty of green things to do that aren't annoying.
but please, go for baby steps. and don't yell at people or make them feel bad if you see them not recycling something. increase awareness, but trust people to have their own reasons for making the choices they make.
If you can be polite and reasonable about it, go for it.
couch in terms of "by the way, this is more pleasant AND saves us money, and maybe makes a baby hippy in the redwood forest smile inside too." going green just feels nicer, quite often.

Some sort of middle ground might be worthwhile. Don't jump on the bandwagon just for the bandwagon's sake, but don't keep entirely quiet about it either.
