But will probably take some econ anyways.

I like econ more than philosophy. I think it's generally more applicable too.
I suspect you'll like 24 better, and then you won't have to deal with the silly people in 14.
Both sort of suck. Go with the one that makes you take fewer stupid HASSes.
that econ counts as a HASS is one of the stupidest things I've heard in my life.
"Neither." (I'm a Lit concentrator.) Of your options, I think 24 is better, but I dropped 14.01 twice, so I'm maybe a bit biased.
kettlefish, Yoyo, photon, ntn, cshiley, eisenbud, beppu, austein, trs, Alex, kareid, rowr_grl
Do whichever one takes less remaining classes, and use the balance to take other interesting HASS or non HASS classes, that you might not have taken otherwise.
I am biased as well. I used to have a 24 concentration... but changed it to Lit. If you want to learn logic the correct way, take 18.515. If you want to be unlearning everything you have learnt and having your mind messed up for no reason take 24.118-- a class which I dropped after I made a comment about the possible quantization of time and the lecturer promptly replied with "If physics is supposed to tell us what we think, why are we thinking at all?" As I said, I am biased.
If you liked the philosophy class then go for it; if not then try 14
