A capella groups are hosing, though rewarding. On the other hand, an Emerson should hook you up with a private voice teacher and get you *lots* of training, and it does require solo work at the end. I'd do the Emerson now for more experience, then hit up the a capella groups in two years.
Can you do both?
as far as I can tell, a cappella groups will EAT YOUR SOUL
Pebblebeach, photon, cshiley, Ian, jtu, Plaisted, perturbed, HoodOrnament, erin, rowr_grl, jesse, kyrandil, glasser, raloxifiend, peggusus, Yoyo, androidqueen, zkzkz, tibbetts, buddywiser36, Schuyler, quince, roga, Mycroft, kyoki, fisherama, jtf, ternus, Lattyware, stilvoid, ghstomahawks, geoff, shadow, wdaher
both? Is one more fun, or more useful?
Both! Always over-audition.
both! what's emerson? though... i hear a cappella groups are hosing...
Couldn't you try both, in case one doesn't work out?
