lj filters are my friend

My choice: LJ, Blogspot, or other internet posting/journaling/blogging site

coolworld
It's perfectly reasonable to have an additional lj/blogspot account for a specialized subject, as opposed to a normal lj/blog.

Makes aggregated reading easier for your audience (if that's something you care about).

I'm sure a lot of people would find it interesting. Just be prepared for trolls.

You can set up a filter and put up a "want on this filter?" post.
madcaptenor
Making your own doesn't seem worth the trouble. You could also incorporate it into your current LJ, perhaps with a filter.

I just have a separate friends group for this in LJ for those who are interested.

kyrandil, trs, kettlefish, nelhage, erin, Ian, rowr_grl, photon, jesse, HoodOrnament, Mark, peggusus, tibbetts, cshiley, sintil8, glasser, raloxifiend, Yoyo, jmorzins, androidqueen

Make your own
