Doxory?

lakmiseiru has decided Damn train! In order to get to a doctor's appointment (ten remaining, weekly) in Wellesley at 1145 I can either bike from Boston (11.5 miles) or take an early train.

I forgot that with this kind of physical therapy I really oughtn't to be biking at all (or wearing jeans, or whatever), not just after therapy but during the therapy's course. Plus Wellesley is right down the street so I can walk around the lake on nice days (and there's a big waiting room on rainy days).

Bike from Boston along Route 16. Will take a while but on nice days worth it. Then take bike on the train home (allowed), or bike home if I'm feeling up to it.

If you have several left, do both! Bike when it's nice, and walk/explore when it's too hot/you don't feel like biking.

Beacon > 16 is probably the best bet.

My choice: Just take the 0900 train and get there two hours in advance. It's summer, so it's not like I'm missing much, and I can probably explore the area a bit before each appointment.

An 11.5 mi bike ride is pretty long -- you'll want to work up to it, at the very least.

Do either, depending on the weather

If you make a stupid choice because a website tells you to, it's your own damn fault.
