Unless my advisor or someone/something else convinces me otherwise.

6.825 sucked about as much as 6.034, but was much harder. I'd recommend either 6.034 (broken but trivial) or one of the more specialized grad AI classes (where you might learn something).
I really enjoyed 6.034 when I took it -- admittedly, in 1990. If Prof. Winston is still teaching, I'd certainly consider it. However, if you already have a decent grounding in AI, go for the grad class. 6.034 was introductory when I took it.
You will be expected (probably) to pass a 6.034 final first, so spend a week or so in the summer reading 6.034 lecture notes. So you'll miss 6.034 anecdotes but not content.
You've not stated any real positives for 6.034 nor any real negatives for 6.825... so go with 825.
6.034 will probably annoy you without teaching you as much. OTOH, if you want a relatively easy class... (just don't take it with Myer or as a TEAL class)
Grad classes are good times.
034 varies a lot between fall and spring. I was a bit underwhelmed. It was a great survey of the topics, but we never actually did any real implementation...

.034 was good, but felt a bit disjointed. I think you'd enjoy .825 better.
