milo has decided I think I wanna go blonde. Dunno why, but I'm bored with my hair yet again, and I think it would be fun. Thing is I dyed it blue (over my black) in Novemember so if I bleach, it might just be green. Those most of that hair was cut off and grown out.

You can always dye black over green if you don't like it or it comes out bad.

You can overdye with some other color, worst case.

Give your hair a rest after all the dyeing; puke green in the summer is uck. Wait for it to go slightly more natural before bleaching it.

I have dark brown hair, I got bored too, put in some blonde, then wanted it back brown, and now I have red. And a dark brown line of new groth growing down my head. I say you stick all natural!!

I feel like blonde would look hideous with your skin tone unless it was a very very light platinum blonde (almost white) or silver..
