I've never noticed hair parting side to be gender-specific. Part whichever way looks less stupid.

i am female and i part my hair in the center. i dont think that parting one's hair on one side as opposed to the other generally gives the appearance of one sex or the other, but thats just me.

..whichever side your hair prefers to be parted on? There's no social custom regarding this (that I know of), and if there is, I don't believe in it.

i identify as female, and i have medium-long hair. i don't bother parting, or if i do (for braids/pigtails/etc), i go with the middle. though i don't get what hair parting has to do with gender ID.
