I would suggest visiting Ibiza or Palma de Mallorca for at least a day. If you visit either island you're sure to have the time of your life.

The Alhambra is nothing short of amazing. It's worth it by itself. Also, somewhere in that area is a church built into a mountain, which is also pretty amazing although higher on the tourist trap scale.
